Scotty Cameron Phantom X #5.5 Putter 2022
Scotty Cameron has created the Phantom X 5.5 golf putter that offers golfers a putter that allows for incredible performance to be created on the greens thanks to the alignment features while promoting a more flowing “blade-like” feel while having the stability that is normally associated with a mallet putter.
To provide golfers with a putter that is perfectly balanced at the address of the golf ball, the Scotty Cameron Phantom X features an “X” at the sole of the golf club which has been milled to meticulous detail to ensure perfect balance for every putt. This balancing has been used to help enhance the accuracy that golfers can experience when using this golf putter, which has been paired with a single milled sightline. This alignment tool has been placed on the top line of the golf club to work in tandem with the curved back wings that X balanced sole place so that golfers can experience incredible putt alignment for enhanced accuracy.
This Scotty Cameron putter features a solid precision-milled 303 stainless steel face which blends into the body and wings of the mallet design to offer incredible accuracy on putts. There is an updated aluminium soleplate that features customisable steel sole weights which combine together to move weight to the perimeter of the clubhead to help increase the MOI, forgiveness and stability when using this golf club.
Scotty Cameron has included a small slant, sometimes referred to as a “jet” neck, that provides an uninterrupted view of the golf ball from the address that features an offset that encourages a bit of toe flow on putting strokes. The neck design of this golf putter has been paired with an updated Pistolero Plus grip that offers a new, non-slip texture that offers the perfect combination of size, feel and feedback while putting.
