Your membership level is based on your total spend over the last 365 days (rolling). Once you qualify for a tier, simply log in before browsing and your live prices will reflect your discount. You can also backdate qualifying purchases: register using the same email address you used for any guest orders placed in the last year and those orders will count towards your tier.

Prices you see when logged in already include your loyalty discount and show as "your loyalty price" on product pages.
During major sale periods such as Black Friday, the loyalty discount may be temporarily disabled, but any orders you place still count towards your rolling spend and tier. You can check your current tier any time in your account area. If you've ordered as a guest in the last year, create an account with that same email to have those orders counted.

| Q: I've received multiple emails saying my loyalty status is about to run out. What does this mean? | Your tier is calculated on a rolling 365-day period and updates daily. Orders that become 366 days old drop out of the calculation, which can affect your tier. |
| Q: How do I apply my loyalty discount? | Just log in to your Click Golf account. Your live prices will automatically show your loyalty discount sitewide on eligible items. |
| Q: I've placed an order over £650. Can you refund 5% against that order? | Discounts aren't refundable. However, that order qualifies you for the Silver tier, so you'll receive 7.5% off eligible purchases for the next 365 days. |
