Rapsodo was officially founded in December 2010 in Singapore by Batuhan Okur, emerging from his personal challenge with limited vision and passion for sports technology. The company began with the goal of creating the first affordable, mobile launch monitor for golf - which later became distributed in the U.S. as SkyTrak - and has since grown into a global leader in athlete performance analytics.
Since its inception, Rapsodo has expanded beyond golf into multiple sports. Today, it offers high-precision tracking tools for golf, baseball, and softball. Its golf products--such as the Mobile Launch Monitor (MLM) and the MLM2PRO - deliver pro-grade shot metrics and simulation. Meanwhile, in baseball and softball, Rapsodo provides flight monitors and analytics used by all 30 MLB teams and the majority of NCAA Division I programs.
