1) Contact our dedicated trade-in expert team on 01622 892625 , or alternatively, send us a message via our via the enquiry form below, and we'll promptly provide you with a quote and valuation for your golf clubs. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with our Condition Guides, which will assist our trade-in experts in accurately assessing the condition of your clubs to ensure a precise valuation.
2) If our quote is accepted, our team will arrange a hassle-free and cost-free return process for your clubs. This return service will be via a FREE DPD Drop Off Service label, or alternatively, a DPD door-to-door collection can be arranged at a cost of £19.99.
3) Once your returned clubs are in our possession, our team will diligently inspect their condition in line with the agreed valuation. Your trade-in will be processed accordingly, and we'll be in touch to confirm the acceptance of your returned clubs. An online voucher code will then be provided to use online against new golf equipment, clothing or accessories of your choice.

If your golf clubs don't align with the condition grade stated in the Trade-in quote, we'll promptly inform you of a revised valuation for your approval. Should the revised valuation not meet your expectations, your clubs will be returned at no cost.
