1. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
2. All returns must have a completed returns form.
3. We will refund you your original payment method.
4. Customised items cannot be returned*
5. Gift vouchers are not refundable.
6. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
7. Click Golf customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return their orders. This excludes faulty/damaged items.
We offer a 30-day full refund policy. Any item must be returned to us within this time frame, unused and in its full original packaging.
Our returns form below is available to download and print off. Please include this within your package, so that we can process your request efficiently and identify your order.
We would advise using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel during its return journey to Click Golf.
It is the consumer’s responsibility to incur any return postage costs unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
Should you receive a defective product, please email us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange or refund. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall refund you immediately. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging.
If you require a replacement or alternative product please visit the website and place a new order. This will simplify and speed up the receipt of your new item. All products carry a full one-year manufacturer's warranty or longer where stated. *We will not be able to accept any returns on products that have been custom-built or that have been personalised. This excludes faulty items that can be returned in line with our standard faulty item return policy.
