The King RADSPEED Fairway Wood by Cobra is built to deliver ultra-low spin with high launch and forgiveness. Cobra has utilised weight savings from a thinner Carbon Crown design, freeing up more discretionary weight, so they could reposition this and move it forward to increase ball speed. Also featuring front and back Radial Weighting - 16 grams in the front and 7 grams in the back.
Radial Weighting Technology
Cobra has placed 16 grams of weight in the front and 7 grams of weight in the back. This has been done to create an ultra-low spin with high launch and forgiveness.
CNC Milled Infinity Face
This method produces thickness and bulge and roll tolerances that are up to 5 times more precise than the traditional hand polishing method. This ensures consistency and precision.
Weight Savings
By using a thinner Carbon Crown design, Cobra was able to free up a lot of weight. They repositioned this weight and positioned it forward to increase ball speed off the tee.
Hollow Split Rails
Every Fairway in the RADSPEED family has Hollow split Rails. These increase flexion on the leading edge by 70%. This increases speed while still giving excellent turf interaction.
