The Toulon design Atlanta is a midsized square back mallet with a slant neck which is best suited for players with strokes that feature moderate arc and face rotation.
All putters in the Toulon series have been designed to help golfers improve their performance by having this club in their bag. One of the ways that Odyssey has been able to make sure players experience this performance improvement is by using the new deep diamond groove milled face.
The diamond mill pattern features full grooves throughout the entire width of the face. This full face grooved design has been so effective that Odyssey is calling it the softest milled putter they have ever built, which also promotes improved forward roll of the ball immediately on impact.
Odyssey have used their latest generation of shafts, the Black emerald stroke lab shaft, which was introduced in 2021 but during the last 12 months they have managed to make the shaft somehow even better. By shortening the steel section 7 grams of weight has been able to be saved. The shaft has also been made stiffer and stable for even more consistency in players stroke and performance.
