We use Royal Mail and DPD as our trusted delivery agents. DPD orders can be tracked to within a 15 minute delivery window.
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are also available.
Where orders cannot be sent via one consignment, e.g. an Electric Golf Trolley and Golf Irons (which requires two shipments), we may request additional shipping charges, whereby the cost of delivery is exceptionally high. In this case, our customer service team will advise before processing the order at which point you can accept the charge and we will continue to dispatch your order, or you may amend the order (i.e. removing items from the order to ship via one consignment). You may also cancel the order, if you wish.
All European customers are not required to pay any UK VAT. Import and Custom Duty Charges will be payed locally by the customer, and orders must be over 150 euros. If duty/import charges are not paid the order will be returned to us, and you will be liable for charges and fees incured.
