As well as being incredibly long, the Mizuno 800HD has a really solid feel. And although the longer irons have the size you would expect from a super game improvement iron, Mizuno have tapered the size right down throughout the set. Even the 6 iron has a nice balance about it and the PW looks really good too. A wide sole featuring Mizuno's new C-Grind, increased off set and thicker top line combine to create an easy, high ball flight. Following Mizuno's 'Balanced Performance' concept, the JPX800HD tapers down in size from the longer irons - to a workable mid-size pitching wedge.
A solid feel is factored into the design, with sound patterns engineered through Mizuno's Harmonic Impact Technology project.
