    The V15 Driver has a 460cc Titanium head and features the ever popular Aldila NV and NV-S Shafts, Two of the best shafts money can buy. The Shafts come with the Benross V15 as standard and there is no upcharge to get the benefits of these top of the range graphite shafts. The club also comes with a Golf Pride Multi Compound grip that has been voted the #1 grip in golf. The V15 Driver comes with a Golf Prise Tour Velvet grip when purchasing the NV shaft and a Orange Multi Compound when purchasing the Aldila NV-S. Available in 10 & 12 lofts.

    How do I track my order?

    We provide an automatically generated email and text messaging service which provides you with a Tracking Number for parcesls shipped with Interlink Express. Smaller, lower value packages may be sent with Royal Mail and are sometimes not trackable.

    How much does it cost to ship?

    We offer FREE (handling charge of £1.99 for orders under £50.00) standard delivery to UK Mainland addresses and very competitive rates to UK Offshore, European and International destinations. See the table below for more details.

    Delivery times quoted for European destinations are estimated from date of despatch. You will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

    General Shipping Information

    UK Deliveries:
    We offer a range of delivery services for our UK based customers including FREE 5-7 day (handling charge of £1.99 for orders over £50.00) , priority, 1-2 day, Next Working Day and we also offer a Saturday delivery.  To determine which services are available and most suitable for your needs and relating to your own postcode please study the details below.

    Orders can be despatched to your home or work place and unless you have paid for a special timed delivery, your order will be delivered on a weekday (Monday – Friday) between 8.30am to 5.30pm; most deliveries will require a signature.

    We dispatch orders on weekdays only, excluding Bank Holidays. (examples) If you place your order on Thursday after  2:00pm using the Next Day service, it will arrive on Monday. If you place your order on Friday before 2:00pm using  the Next Day service, it will arrive on Monday. If you place your order over the weekend using the Next Day service, it will arrive on Tuesday. Please note that Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery.

    We also offer a collect from store service which is available at three locations in Kent. When placing orders for delivery it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for your orders. If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to  call to arrange another delivery. Within the shopping cart there is an area where you can add special delivery instructions. For example: "If out, please leave with neighbour" who will be expected to sign for the goods on your behalf. By entering such details you are accepting responsibiltiy for the actions of this third party. We cannot leave tracked parcels without a signature, without exception.

    Additional International Shipping Information

    For orders going outside of the UK Mainland that are considerably larger or heavier than average we reserve the right to make an additional charge to cover the increased delivery charges imposed upon us by Interlink Express/DPD. We will always contact you before any additional costs are levied against your payment card.

    Additional Shipping Information

    Where an order cannot be sent under one consignment, e.g. an Electric Trolley and a Set of Irons (which requires two separate shipments), we may request an additional shipping charge if the cost of delivery is exceptionally high. In this case you will be advised before processing your order at which point you can either accept the charge and we'll continue to despatch your order or you may amend your order (i.e. remove some items from your order to ship under one consignment ), or you may cancel the entire order.

    Which Couriers do you use?

    UK delivery is by Interlink Express and Royal Mail, and International deliveries are by DPD (Part of Interlink Express). A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so if no-one is available at the time of delivery then your order will be delivered to the nearest depot and a card will be left giving details of how to arrange collection.

    How can I return an Item?

    We offer a 21 day full refund policy. Any item must be returned to us within this time frame, unused and in it's full original packaging. Returns postage for non faulty items must be covered by the consumer.

    What if my goods are faulty?

    All of our products carry a full one years manufacturers warranty. If you receive a defective product, please email us at to arrange a refund. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall refund you immediately. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging at your own cost. Please see above for the return address.

    How can I replace an Item?

    If you require a replacement or alternative product please visit the website and place a new order. This will simplify and speed up receipt of your new item.

    Is it easy to get a refund?

    Liberal 21 Day No Quibble Refund Policy will gladly give you a full refund for any unused golf equipment that you have bought from us within 21 days from the date of purchase no questions asked. We will only pay for the shipping if the goods have been sent out in error. Please note that this excludes customised clubs or personalised products such as golf balls and any underwear garments which are non refundable.

    Stock Levels

    Our products are offered subject to availability. We maintain a stock level of over 10,500 items at all times, however from time to time we will experience low stock levels on fast moving items.

    If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case your encrypted payment details will be cancelled and no monies will be debited.
