What if my goods are faulty?

Clickgolf strives to provide you with the easiest returns policy. All our products are covered by a 12 months manufacturers warranty. We will give you a straight swap at our expense if the item is under 2 months old. After that time the manufacturer will either repair, replace the item at their discretion.

How can I return an Item?

Please send your faulty product or an item to wish to exchange to the address below. Please include a covering note with your name, address and order number. Please explain the action you would like us to take. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Business Post, Parcelforce) for larger items and Royal Mail Special Delivery for smaller items. We can accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

Please note : If you send a product back for an exchange, we will charge you for shipping the new product back to you.

Is it easy to get a refund?

Liberal 30 Day No Quibble Refund Policy

Clickgolf.co.uk will gladly give you a full refund for any unused golf equipment that you have bought from us within 30 days from the date of purchase no questions asked. We will only pay for the shipping if the goods have been sent out in error. Please note that we cannot that this excludes customised clubs or personalised products such as golf balls.
