Is Ordering easy?

We hope so we have done everything we can to try and ensure an easy path to ordering goods. If there is something you don't understand or you feel could have been better then please let us know on 0800 634 0722.

How can I cancel an order?

An order can be cancelled at any time, if the order is cancelled before we have dispatched it then we will simply refund the card immediately . If the goods have been dispatched then we will be refund your item/s once we are in receipt of the goods.

Does My Order Include VAT?

Yes all prices are inclusive of VAT and nothing is charged on top of this, on the invoice it is broken down so you can see the amount of VAT you have paid. VAT is not charged in the Channel Islands.

Can Companies be exempt from VAT?

Yes please call our Sales line and they will be able to take your order over the phone. You have to give a your company number and VAT Number. This is especially popular for corporate golf days.

Will I get a confirmation of my order?

Yes you will be sent by email confirmation that you order is being processed. You will also be sent another to let you know it has been shipped.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Yes simply email us at service@clickgolf.co.uk and we will email you a copy by return, it is that simple.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

During the checkout process, you will be given the option to enter an address separate from your billing address so that you can have something shipped to a business address for ease of collection or if it is gift simply to their address.
