Adidas Golf Shoes

Since the first Adidas shoes were developed by Adi Dassler in the 1920’s and registered its official three stripes in 1949, they have continued to introduce new technology in their manufacture. Adidas makes a number of styles and sizes of golf shoes for men, women, and children. Adidas golf shoes range in price from well under £100.00 to over £200.00 and come in various colors such as white, black, and metallic. Many Adidas golf shoes are designed with waterproof leather uppers and the fit foam contour cushioning which molds to the size of individual feet. This elasticized foam, located in the bed, the tongue, and the ankle border, distributes weight and pressure for a unique, comfortable fit. The leather uppers have double layers of material that protect the feet from any outside moisture.

One of the most popular types of Adidas golf shoes is the Tour Metal style. It carries a two-year waterproof warranty, as well as fast twist spikes with Z-traxion dual density lugs for better traction, stability, and pressure distribution. The lightly cushioned midsole and the adiPRENE heel lining for extra absorption add to the longer lasting comfort of the foot. In addition, there are several other types of men’s shoes made by Adidas including the Tour 360, the Performer, the SSE comfort, and the University series. The Driver Isabelle golf shoe for women comes in frost and frost alloy, with two color laces, an adiwear rubber outer sole for durability, and fast cleat changing capability. With the unique Z-traxion of Adidas shoes, there are 168 points of contact between the shoe sole and the ground beneath, providing grip, stability, and comfort at the same time. Other popular styles include the Tech Feather, the Driver Kirra with Velcro fastenings, and the Traxion Paragon with a synthetic leather upper.

The Adidas ClimaCool Slingback golf shoe, introduced in 2004, features upper mesh construction, a double lining, ventilated forefoot and midfoot, cushioned midsole, and a 10-spike pattern. In addition, Adidas manufactures golf shoes for junior sizes in the Brady K and Response K. Both of these styles have durable rubber outer soles, cushioned midsole, and one-year waterproof warranty.
